ABOUT Us

About Cornerstone Supply Chain Partners

Cornerstone Supply Chain Partners was created for organizations that need more than transportation advice. They need an operating partner capable of helping them structure, manage, measure, and improve transportation performance.

We believe transportation is one of the most under-leveraged areas of enterprise performance. It touches cost, service, customer experience, facility execution, procurement, finance, carrier relationships, and operational risk. Yet in many organizations, the data is fragmented, the governance is informal, and leadership lacks a clear view of what is actually driving cost.

Cornerstone exists to close that gap.

We help clients build the management system behind transportation performance: freight audit discipline, analytics, reporting, carrier accountability, sourcing support, stakeholder cadence, and continuous improvement.

Our work is designed to be executive-ready and operationally practical. We speak in the language of business performance, but we stay close to the details that determine whether savings are captured, invoices are accurate, carriers are accountable, and leaders have the visibility they need.

Our Philosophy

Strategy Without Execution Is Theater.

A transportation strategy only matters if it can be implemented, measured, governed, and sustained.

That is why Cornerstone combines advisory thinking with operating discipline. We help clients clarify the opportunity, structure the work, implement the process, and create the governance rhythm required to maintain progress.

Our Principles

Clarity

Leaders need reporting that explains what is happening, why it is happening, and what should happen next.

Discipline

Transportation performance improves when cost, service, audit, carrier management, and operating exceptions are managed through a consistent cadence.

Accountability

Carrier relationships, internal stakeholders, and third-party partners all require clear expectations, defined metrics, and recurring review.

Practicality

Recommendations must work inside the client’s actual operating environment – not only in a presentation.

Continuity

The best transportation programs do not end after a sourcing event. They mature through governance, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Leadership & Delivery Team

Experienced Operators Behind the Work

Cornerstone Supply Chain Partners is led by transportation, supply chain, finance, technology, and program-management professionals with experience inside Fortune 1000 companies, industrial organizations, aerospace environments, private equity-backed enterprises, and complex multi-site operating networks.

Our leadership model is intentionally built around the disciplines required to improve enterprise transportation performance: commercial strategy, financial governance, program execution, reporting infrastructure, carrier accountability, and operational cadence.
The team also includes U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army veterans who bring a high standard of discipline, accountability, and execution rigor to client engagements.

Transportation & Supply Chain Leadership

Our transportation leadership brings decades of experience across procurement, logistics, vendor management, 3PL oversight, inventory operations, network management, transportation lifecycle management, reporting, analytics, and process improvement. This experience spans complex distribution environments where freight performance affects cost, service, customer experience, and operational risk. Within Cornerstone engagements, this leadership function is responsible for client strategy, transportation operating model design, executive alignment, carrier governance, and overall delivery accountability.

Finance & Operating Governance

Our finance leadership brings deep experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, operational controls, and performance governance within large industrial and consumer-products organizations. This function supports the financial discipline behind Cornerstone engagements, including savings methodology, business-case development, performance measurement, fee structure alignment, and executive reporting. The objective is to ensure transportation initiatives are not only operationally sound, but financially credible and measurable.

Program Management & Execution

Our program-management leadership brings extensive experience across military, aerospace, manufacturing, infrastructure, and enterprise operating environments. This function is responsible for delivery governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, issue escalation, meeting cadence, documentation, and cross-functional execution. Cornerstone’s program-management discipline helps ensure that complex transportation initiatives do not stall between strategy, implementation, and operating reality.

Technology & Analytics Implementation

Our technical leadership brings experience managing enterprise software deployments, workflow configuration, reporting implementation, dashboard development, user training, documentation, and go-live support across multi-stakeholder environments. This function supports the analytics and reporting infrastructure behind Cornerstone engagements, helping clients turn fragmented transportation activity into usable business intelligence. The focus is practical implementation: platform configuration, dashboard deployment, system coordination, technical support, and reporting continuity.

A Delivery Model Built for Enterprise Transportation

Cornerstone does not approach transportation as a single-function problem. Freight performance sits at the intersection of procurement, finance, operations, technology, carrier management, and executive decision-making.

Our leadership structure reflects that reality. We bring together the operating disciplines required to help clients create visibility, strengthen governance, manage cost, improve accountability, and sustain transportation performance over time.
